Comprehensive Leadership Development
The hallmark of our leadership development work is found in the customized design and delivery of multi-modular, cohort-based programs spread across several months. Partnering with your internal resources, we help create learning experiences that lead to true development, growth and results. We also have a number of stand-alone leadership skills workshops that can be offered in-person and virtually.
Managerial Skills Sessions
We offer a series of half-day and full-day experiential workshops geared toward specific supervisory and managerial skills. These sessions can be offered as stand-alone classes suitable for open enrollment and/or as part of a customized learning experience focusing on supervisory and managerial effectiveness.
Professional Development Programs
Many clients have asked us to create and deliver development programs for their employees in non-supervisory roles. These workshops support non-supervisors in a number of skill areas with the aim of making people more valuable in their current roles and/or preparing them for future roles including supervisory and leadership positions.
Either in conjunction with any of our development programs or as a stand-alone process, our one-on-one coahcing services provide individualized attention and assistance to help individuals grow as leaders. Using a variety of assessments and development resources, coaching helps leaders leverage their strengths, address their development needs, and create and implement sound strategies for their development and growth.
